Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the services provided by Lux Touch Studio. By accessing or using our photo and video studio services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided: We offer photo and video studio services for various purposes, including but not limited to portraits, events, commercial projects, and artistic endeavors.

2. Booking and Appointments:

  • To schedule an appointment, clients must contact us directly or use our online booking system.
  • Appointments are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments as necessary.

 

Appointment Scheduling and Charges

3.Scheduling Appointments:

  • When you schedule an appointment with Lux Touch Studio for our photo and video studio services, a fee of $25 will be charged at the time of booking. This fee is required to secure your appointment spot.

    • Refundable if Client Shows Up: The $25 appointment fee is fully refundable if you attend your scheduled appointment with us. If you proceed to take services with us following your scheduled appointment, the $25 appointment fee will be applied toward the total cost of the services provided if you desire.
    • Non-Refundable if Client Doesn’t Show Up: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the $25 appointment fee is non-refundable.
      “We want to remind you that when you book an appointment with us, our photographers set aside a special space in their agenda to give you the maximum attention. They dedicate their time and effort exclusively to you, leaving aside other tasks to be fully prepared. We deeply appreciate the valuable time that our photographers invest to ensure your satisfaction. In the same way, we value your time as much as ours and we ask you to be considered with the commitments you acquire. Together, we can achieve an exceptional photographic experience for everyone.”

4.Payment and Fees:

.To ensure a smooth experience and ensure your place in our services, we require a non-refundable advance of: 

-$200 for packages with a value of less than $1000

-$500 for packages valued between $1000 and $3000

-$1000 for packages valued between $3000 and $5000. 

  • Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive this deposit. It is important to keep in mind that if the deposit is not sent within 48 hours of the pre-reservation, it could result in the release of your pre-reserved place. This deposit will be applied to the package you have selected. 

    We strive to provide you with the best possible service for your event or photo session. Therefore, we request that the full payment of the cost of the service be made at least one week before the agreed date. We accept payments in cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Visa, or credit card for your convenience. This allows us to plan in advance and ensure that everything is ready for your special day. 

    At Lux Touch Studio, we value our customers and we are proud to offer a high-quality service. If you have any questions, need more information, or need help with an extension for your payment, do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help you every step of the way.

    Additional fees may apply for extended services, equipment rental, or specialized requests, and will be communicated to the client before the commencement of the project. 

     
    RESCHEDULE A SESSION

    If you find yourself in a situation where you need to reschedule your session, we kindly request that you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. This advance notice allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and accommodate your new preferred date and time.

    Please be aware that failure to reschedule within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of your investment. Our team takes great care to ensure that we are fully prepared for each scheduled session, with our photographers and all necessary materials ready to provide you with the best possible experience on the day of your session. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as it helps us maintain the high standard of service that we strive to deliver to each and every one of our valued clients.

     PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

    Although all our prices are subject to change, once you have booked your session and paid your deposit, the price will be blocked.

     

    AFTER YOUR SESSION

    One week after your session, you will receive your watermarked digital gallery. Then you can select your favorite photos for art editing. These favorite photos will be fully edited and send via digital download. The artist edition lasts two weeks approx. All packages are digital Packages. No physical prints will be delivered unless they are special packages.

     

    ADDITIONAL IMAGES

    Additional Edited images are available for purchase at $20/image.

    RAW FILES

    Please note that the original RAW files are not available for purchase. Our editing process includes fine adjustments, color correction, and skin retouching, which guarantees that you receive high-quality photographic material. In summary, RAW files are like an unfinished work of art and that is why they are not available for purchase. 

     

    5. Use of Media Content:

  • Clients retain ownership of all media content produced during the photo and video sessions. However, we reserve the right to selectively use images or footage for promotional purposes, such as on our social media platforms, to enhance the professional development of our studio and broaden our audience and also to enlarge our gallery photos to show examples of our professional work to future customers. Any specific agreements regarding the use of your content will be discussed and mutually agreed upon with the client. We appreciate your understanding and collaboration in this matter.

6. Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their requirements, preferences, and any special instructions for the project.
  • Clients must ensure the availability of necessary permits, permissions, or access to locations for the photo or video shoot.

7. Liability and Indemnity:

  • While we take utmost care in providing our services, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services or the content produced.
  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, liabilities, or expenses incurred as a result of their use of our services.

8. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of california, without regard to its conflict of law provisions

9. Right to Decline Service: At Lux Touch Studio, we aim to offer exceptional service to all clients. However, we reserve the right to decline service if necessary to maintain quality and uphold our standards. Your understanding is appreciated. 

10. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
